01 - 2 cup all-purpose flour
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
03 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
06 - 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
→ Decoration
07 - 5.3 oz white chocolate, melted
08 - 1/4 cup silver sugar pearls or white sprinkles
09 - Icing sugar, for dusting
# How to make it:
01 - In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
02 - Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
03 - Gradually add the flour and salt to the mixture, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
04 - Shape the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
05 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
06 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to approximately 1/4 inch thickness.
07 - Use snowflake-shaped cookie cutters to cut the dough and place the shapes on the prepared baking sheets.
08 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges begin to turn golden.
09 - Transfer cookies to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
10 - Dip or drizzle the cooled cookies with melted white chocolate, decorate with sugar pearls or sprinkles, then lightly dust with icing sugar.
