# How to make it:
01 - Slice pineapple crosswise into 1/2-inch thick rings. Cut a large round from the center of one ring to create the sun's face. Place it at the center of a large serving platter.
02 - Peel and slice mangoes and oranges into long, thin strips or wedges. Arrange them radiating outward from the pineapple center to form sun rays.
03 - Using a cookie cutter or knife, cut watermelon into star or triangle shapes. Position them between the mango and orange rays for color contrast.
04 - Fill spaces between fruit rays with clusters of green grapes and blueberries to enhance texture and color variety.
05 - Scatter raspberries and fresh mint leaves over the arrangement. Optionally, sprinkle shredded coconut around edges for added texture.
06 - Refrigerate the arrangement until ready to serve to maintain freshness.
