# How to make it:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix mini pretzels and mixed unsalted nuts. Set aside.
03 - Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar, stirring constantly until melted and golden amber, about 5 to 7 minutes.
04 - Carefully whisk in heavy cream (expect bubbling). Stir in sea salt and vanilla extract until smooth and glossy.
05 - Pour hot caramel over pretzel and nut mixture. Toss gently with a spatula to coat evenly.
