# What you need:

01 - 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
02 - 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
03 - 1 scoop (25 grams) vanilla or unflavored protein powder
04 - 1 to 2 teaspoons sweetener (honey, maple syrup, stevia, or sugar)
05 - Pinch of sea salt

06 - 3/4 cup (6 fl oz) milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)

# How to make it:
01 - In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together cocoa powder, matcha powder, protein powder, sweetener, and sea salt until uniformly blended.
02 - Pour in milk and vanilla extract, then whisk thoroughly until all powders dissolve completely.
