Viral Hot Chocolate Bomb Bark (Printable)

Festive chocolate bark with layers of cocoa mix and marshmallows, ideal for sharing and winter treats.

# What you need:

→ Chocolate

01 - 14 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped or chips
02 - 3.5 oz white chocolate, chopped or chips

→ Cocoa & Marshmallows

03 - 1/2 cup hot cocoa mix (approximately 4 single-serve packets)
04 - 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

→ Toppings (optional)

05 - 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
06 - 2 tablespoons festive sprinkles

# How to make it:

01 - Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
03 - Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
04 - Evenly sprinkle the hot cocoa mix over the warm chocolate layer.
05 - Scatter mini marshmallows over the cocoa layer, gently pressing them into the chocolate.
06 - Melt the white chocolate using the same method as the semi-sweet chocolate.
07 - Drizzle the melted white chocolate in zigzags over the bark.
08 - If desired, sprinkle crushed peppermint candies and festive sprinkles over the bark.
09 - Allow the bark to firm at room temperature or refrigerate for 30 minutes until completely set.
10 - Break or cut the bark into pieces. Package for gifting in cellophane bags or store in an airtight container.
