# What you need:

06 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce

11 - 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks

13 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
14 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
15 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

# How to make it:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
02 - Toss chicken drumsticks with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Arrange on one side of the prepared baking sheet.
03 - In a bowl, combine carrots with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and thyme. Spread on the other side of the baking sheet.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
05 - Brush half of the honey garlic glaze over the chicken drumsticks.
06 - Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
07 - Remove the pan from the oven. Brush the remaining glaze over the chicken. Toss the carrots for even roasting.
