Holly Leaf Spinach Wraps (Printable)

# What you need:

→ Greens

01 - 8 large fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried

→ Filling

02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
04 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 tsp lemon juice
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Pepper, to taste

→ Vegetables

08 - 1 small carrot, julienned
09 - ½ small red bell pepper, julienned
10 - 8 small cherry tomatoes, for garnish

# How to make it:

01 - In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped chives, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and evenly blended.
02 - Lay each spinach leaf flat on a clean work surface.
03 - Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the herbed cheese mixture onto the center of each spinach leaf.
04 - Place several julienned carrot and bell pepper strips atop the cheese layer on each leaf.
05 - Carefully roll each spinach leaf, folding in the sides to enclose the filling completely.
06 - Secure each wrap with a toothpick and top with a cherry tomato to resemble a festive holly berry.
07 - Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly before serving.
