→ Chocolate
01 - 10.5 oz high-quality dark chocolate (minimum 60% cocoa), chopped
→ Nuts & Seeds
02 - 1.75 oz roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
03 - 1.75 oz roasted almonds, roughly chopped
→ Dried Fruits
04 - 1.4 oz dried apricots, diced
05 - 1 oz dried figs, diced
06 - 0.7 oz golden raisins
→ Spices & Garnishes
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
08 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt flakes
09 - Edible gold leaf or rose petals (optional, for garnish)
# How to make it:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
03 - Incorporate ground cardamom into the melted chocolate, stirring well.
04 - Pour the chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly to approximately 1/4-inch thickness using a spatula.
05 - Distribute chopped pistachios, almonds, dried apricots, figs, and golden raisins evenly over the chocolate surface.
06 - Gently press the toppings into the chocolate to secure them.
07 - Sprinkle sea salt flakes and optionally place edible gold leaf or rose petals atop the chocolate.
08 - Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes until the chocolate is fully set.
09 - Break or cut the bark into pieces. Store in an airtight container at a cool room temperature or refrigerated.
