# How to make it:
01 - Combine cream cheese, chives, dill, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl; mix until smooth and evenly blended.
02 - Use a tree-shaped cookie cutter to cut tree shapes from each slice of bread; keep scraps for breadcrumbs.
03 - Spread an ample layer of the herbed cream cheese mixture over each bread tree base.
04 - Arrange thin cucumber slices overlapping on top of the cream cheese to resemble tree branches.
05 - Decorate with diced red bell pepper as ornaments and place dill fronds or chives to mimic trunks or branches.
06 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
