02 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or cranberry sauce

03 - 3.5 ounces roast turkey or chicken, sliced
04 - 1.75 ounces cooked stuffing, crumbled
05 - 1.75 ounces roast potatoes, sliced or chopped
06 - 1 ounce cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, Brussels sprouts), chopped
07 - 2 tablespoons gravy (optional)

08 - A small handful fresh spinach or lettuce leaves
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
# How to make it:
01 - Heat the tortillas in a dry frying pan for 30 seconds on each side or microwave for 10 seconds until flexible.
02 - Apply mayonnaise or cranberry sauce evenly over each tortilla, leaving a 3/4-inch border around the edges.
03 - Place spinach or lettuce leaves, then add sliced turkey or chicken, crumbled stuffing, roast potatoes, and cooked vegetables in order.
04 - Drizzle with gravy if desired, then season with salt and black pepper according to taste.
05 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla, roll up tightly from the bottom, and cut in half.
06 - Enjoy immediately or wrap the rolls in foil for later consumption.
