01 - 2 large red bell peppers
02 - 2 large yellow bell peppers
03 - 2 large green bell peppers
→ Filling
04 - 7 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 2 tablespoons sour cream
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
08 - 1 garlic clove, minced
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
→ Garnish
10 - 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds (optional)
11 - Fresh dill sprigs (optional)
# How to make it:
01 - Wash and dry the bell peppers. Trim off tops and bottoms, then slice each pepper into wide strips about ¾ inch wide. Reserve the most flexible strips for shaping bows.
02 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chives, parsley, and minced garlic in a bowl. Stir until smooth and season with salt and black pepper.
03 - Lay a bell pepper strip flat and place a heaping teaspoon of filling in the center. Fold both ends toward the center to form two loops resembling a bow. Secure the center with a small strip of bell pepper or a chive stem by wrapping and tucking it underneath.
04 - Repeat the bow-shaping process with the remaining strips and filling until all are formed.
05 - Arrange bows on a serving platter and garnish with pomegranate seeds and fresh dill sprigs if desired.
