# How to make it:

- Slice a thin piece off the base of the watermelon so it sits flat on the platter.
- Cut a wedge from one end of the watermelon to create the shark's open mouth and scoop out most of the flesh using a melon baller, reserving the balls for decoration.
- Carve triangular teeth along the mouth edge using a paring knife with care.
- Assemble the eyes by stacking a mini marshmallow or banana slice with a black grape or blueberry and secure above the mouth using toothpicks.
- Place the reserved watermelon balls spilling from the shark's mouth onto a large serving platter.
- Surround the shark with strawberries, blueberries, green grapes, pineapple chunks, kiwi slices, and orange segments arranged in colorful waves.
- Fill empty spaces with pretzel sticks, cheese cubes, and fresh mint leaves to enhance texture and presentation.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving to maintain freshness.
