12 - ⅓ cup strawberry jam or puree
13 - 2–3 fresh strawberries, finely diced

14 - Fresh strawberries, halved
15 - White or dark chocolate shavings
# How to make it:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar and cocoa powder until smooth.
03 - Stir eggs into cocoa mixture one at a time, then add vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
04 - Fold in flour and salt just until combined, being careful not to overmix.
05 - Pour brownie batter into prepared pan, reserving approximately ¼ cup for swirling on top.
06 - In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until creamy. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until smooth. Fold in strawberry jam or puree and diced strawberries.
07 - Pour cheesecake mixture over brownie batter. Dollop reserved brownie batter on top and swirl gently with a knife or skewer to create marbled effect.
08 - Bake for 32–35 minutes until center is just set and a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
09 - Cool completely in pan. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting for clean slices.
10 - Top with fresh strawberry halves and chocolate shavings if desired before serving.
