# What you need:
→ Cookies
01 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
05 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
06 - 1 large egg
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 1 tablespoon milk
→ Decoration
09 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
10 - 24 large white marshmallows
11 - 72 mini chocolate chips
12 - 48 chocolate melts or chocolate disks for paw pads
# How to make it:
01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
03 - In a large bowl, beat the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until incorporated.
04 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Stir in the milk to form the dough.
05 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them approximately 2 inches apart. Flatten each slightly using the palm of your hand.
06 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges turn lightly golden. Transfer cookies to wire racks and allow to cool completely.
07 - Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
08 - Spread a thin layer of melted white chocolate onto each cooled cookie. Press one large white marshmallow near the bottom edge to represent the paw pad.
09 - Position three mini chocolate chips above each marshmallow to form the toes. Place two chocolate melts or disks on either side of the marshmallow to create side pads.
10 - Allow the chocolate decorations to set at room temperature or refrigerate briefly until firm.
