# How to make it:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12-cup standard muffin pan with paper cupcake liners.
02 - Pulse Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Add melted butter and pulse until mixture resembles wet sand.
03 - Divide crumb mixture evenly among liners, pressing firmly with the back of a spoon or small glass to create a compact base.
04 - Beat softened cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
05 - Incorporate neon green gel food coloring gradually until the desired hue is achieved.
06 - Spoon approximately 1/4 cup of the cheesecake batter into each liner, filling nearly to the top.
07 - Bake for 15 to 17 minutes until centers are mostly set yet slightly jiggly.
08 - Remove from oven and allow to cool completely in the pan. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
