07 - Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously over the chicken filling on each boat.
08 - Place stuffed bread on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbling, and golden brown.
09 - Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Slice and serve hot, garnishing with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Takes ordinary garlic bread and transforms it into something people will literally reach across the table for
  • The cheesy bread edges get crispy while the stays tender, creating texture in every single bite
02 -
  • Do not skip hollowing out the bread or you will have way too much bread compared to filling
  • Use a serrated knife in a gentle sawing motion to avoid tearing the bread when you slice it
03 -
  • Wrap the empty bread centers in foil and freeze them for homemade croutons later
  • If the cheese is browning too fast, tent the bread loosely with foil for the last few minutes
