Air Fryer Jalapeño Cranberry Turkey (Printable)

Spicy-sweet turkey and cranberry sandwich with melty cheese and jalapeño, toasted to golden in the air fryer.

# What you need:

→ Bread & Spreads

01 - 4 slices sourdough bread
02 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

→ Cheese

03 - 4 slices Swiss cheese (or cheddar, if preferred)

→ Meats

04 - 4 oz cooked turkey breast, sliced

→ Fruit & Vegetables

05 - 2 tbsp cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
06 - 1 fresh jalapeño, thinly sliced, seeds removed for less heat

→ Optional

07 - 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened (optional for extra creaminess)

# How to make it:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
02 - Spread butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
03 - (If using) Spread 1 tbsp cream cheese on the non-buttered side of each bottom slice. Layer with one slice of Swiss cheese, half the turkey slices, 1 tbsp cranberry sauce, half the jalapeño slices, and another slice of cheese. Top with the second bread slice, buttered side out.
04 - Place both sandwiches in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 6-7 minutes, flipping halfway, until the bread is golden and cheese is melted.
05 - Allow sandwiches to cool for 1 minute, cut in half, and serve immediately.
